Booking & Payment
To confirm your session, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be settled after your shoot but before the deliverables are supplied.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 2 days (48 hours) before your booking using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email. After this window, rescheduling may not be available.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your session up to 3 days (72 hours) before your booking for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made after this period may result in the loss of your deposit.

Discount Codes

Any discount codes or promotional offers must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retrospectively added.

Session Validity

Discount codes are valid for up to 6 months from the date they are issued.

Overruns

Please respect the scheduled time of your session. If your shoot runs beyond the booked time, an overrun fee of £50 per additional 15 minutes will apply. Additional time is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If another client is scheduled after your session, we may not be able to extend.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will shorten your session time to ensure fairness for subsequent bookings. We'd love to be more flexible but it's just not possible!
